Not Your Academy or Walmart Pop-Up

The 10x10 you can grab off a shelf at Academy, Walmart, or Home Depot is built to be cheap, not safe. Bent aluminum legs, faded blue tarp, four sandbags you forgot to bring, and a setup that takes two hours and ends with someone pinched. Most last one or two events before they tear, lean, or get tossed.

This is the rental version of that, done right:

• Commercial-grade frame — steel construction sized for repeat event use, not a one-weekend pop-up.
• Clean white vinyl top — inspected before every event, photographs cleanly behind cake tables, bars, and ceremony moments.
• Professional installation included — our crew sets up, levels, and anchors it on-site; breakdown handled the same way.
• Properly secured — staked into soft ground or weighted on hard surfaces per our install standard, not “we hope it doesn’t blow over.”
• Insured rental — you’re covered the way a backyard pop-up never is.

What a 10x10 Actually Fits

100 sq ft is real estate for one purpose, done well. Be realistic — a 10x10 is a station, not a dining tent. Common uses:

• Bar or cocktail station — bartender, ice tub, glassware, signage.
• Food / buffet line — two 6 ft serving tables L-shaped, or one 8 ft table with chafers.
• DJ or sound booth — keeps gear and laptops out of sun and dew.
• Gift, registration, or check-in table — one 6 ft table with room for two attendants and signage.
• Cake / dessert table — focal-point coverage for outdoor receptions.
• Kid’s activity or craft area — shade for one folding table and small chairs.
• Vendor booth — farmers markets, pop-ups, small expos.
• Small backyard hangout — one 62″ round (seats 8) or one 6 ft rectangle (seats 6–8) with chairs.

Important: Canopies Are Not Tents

We want to be upfront so there are no surprises on event day. Canopies are designed for calm-weather events and will not stand up to heavy wind or rain.

• Safe installation range: up to 18 mph sustained wind.
• Mandatory takedown at gusts of 25 mph or greater.

Notes

• Hard surface install fee — $60. Standard installs are staked into soft ground (grass, dirt). Installs on concrete, asphalt, pavers, or other hard surfaces require weighted anchoring and a $60 hard surface install fee, added to your quote.
