Our most popular canopy size for backyard parties in El Paso. The 10x20 covers 200 sq ft — enough for two eight-foot tables side by side and up to 20 guests comfortably, with room to move around. Great as a standalone setup for smaller gatherings, or paired with additional canopies as your guest list grows.
Best for: backyard birthdays, graduations, quinceañera prep areas, and casual celebrations of roughly 12–16 seated guests.
Seating Capacity Under a 10x20
The 10x20 covers roughly 200 sq ft. Realistic seating depends on your table mix:
- 6 ft rectangular banquet tables (seats 6–8 each): fits 2 end-to-end, seats 12–16 guests with walk-around room.
- 8 ft rectangular banquet tables (seats 8–10 each): fits 2 side by side, seats up to 20 guests — tighter chair clearance but maximum capacity.
- 62" round tables (seats 8 each): fits 2 rounds, seats 16 guests in a more social layout.
Planning a buffet, DJ, or dance floor under the same canopy? Subtract roughly one table's footprint per added feature. For groups of 25+, step up to a 20x20 or 20x40 high-peak frame tent.
Important: Canopies Are Not Tents
We want to be upfront about this so there are no surprises on event day. Canopies are designed for calm-weather events and will not stand up to heavy wind or rain.
- Safe installation range: up to 18 mph sustained wind.
- Mandatory takedown at gusts of 25 mph or greater.

Installation & Setup
Professional delivery, setup, and breakdown are included inside our El Paso service area (West Side, East Side, Horizon City, Upper Valley).
Hard surface install fee — $60. Standard installs are staked into soft ground (grass, dirt). Any install on concrete, asphalt, pavers, or other hard surfaces requires weighted anchoring and a $60 hard surface install fee, added to your quote.
