Best For

Weddings and receptions, quinceañeras, birthday parties, graduations, baby showers, corporate events, and large backyard gatherings of around 100–120 guests.

Sample Layouts Under 20x60

• Full seated dining for 120 — 12 banquet tables in two rows of six, with a center aisle. Buffet and bar stations set at the open ends or just outside the tent line.
• Ceremony + reception flip — rows for the ceremony, then re-set for dinner during cocktail hour.
• Dinner with a dance floor — 10 dining tables (100 seated) plus an open 20x15 dance zone at one end, buffet tables along the side.

At 120 fully seated, the 20x60 is a dining room — beautiful and complete, but the floor is spoken for. If you want a dance floor, bar, and dessert station under cover alongside 120 seated guests, ask about adding a fourth 20x20 section or side canopies for the stations.
