• Dining + service split — banquet tables under the 10x20 for guests, serving tables under the 10x10 for buffet, bar, and dessert (keeps food out of the sun and traffic flowing).
• L-shape configuration — angle the two canopies for partial wraparound shade, with a small open area for kids or a yard game.

Notes

• Reserve early. Availability — especially weekends and during quince and wedding season — varies week to week. A 25% refundable deposit guarantees the package.
• Canopies are not tents. The canopies in this package are designed for calm-weather events. Safe install range up to 18 mph sustained wind; mandatory takedown at gusts of 25 mph or greater. If your date falls during El Paso's windy season — or you just want peace of mind — step up to a High Peak Event Package.
• A $60 hard-surface install fee applies per canopy installed on concrete, asphalt, pavers, or other hard surfaces.
• Add-ons (lighting, kids' set, additional linens, backdrop arches) factor into your final quote.
